  • To be fair, consistent, and just and to treat each individual with dignity and respect through the administration of the disciplinary process.
  • To promote and instill the values of civility and good citizenship; specifically, respect for self, respect for others, and respect for established community standards of behavior.
  • To provide a community free of intimidation, harassment or unfair treatment on the basis of race, religion, national origin, age, gender, sexual orientation, disability or veterans status.
  • To provide student leadership opportunities though involvement in the judicial, mediation, and student ethical development programs offered.
  • To provide students with life-long skills necessary for positive and productive conflict management.
  • To provide educational programs and activities that serve the university community in preventing violations of the Code of Student Conduct.
  • Finally, we are committed to the holistic development of the student through programs that provide opportunities for ethical development, development of conflict management/resolution skills, and an understanding and appreciation for standards of community behavior.
